After more than 30 years and countless red shirts, GayDays has canceled its annual event. The organization announced the news Feb. 8 on social media.
Sister Christian, oh the time has come... for you to relive a classic movie on the stage. “The Wedding Singer” bows this weekend at the Coral Springs Center for the Arts. Like its cinematic progenitor, the play is filled with heart and songs that will have you singing along through the final curtain calls.

Wilton Manors continues to support the organizations that support the community. During an unusually short meeting on Jan. 27, they voted to increase the city’s donation to the Early Learning Coalition of Broward County (ELC) from the proposed amount of $3,100 to $4,240. This matches the donation they made last year.

This leaves service organizations struggling to do more with less.

Key West comes alive with the nationally recognized Mile 0 Fest that brings Red Dirt and Americana music to iconic venues across the island. This has rapidly become a huge draw for tourists, selling an overwhelming majority of tickets to visitors. The festival is produced by Mako Moco, which puts on shows year-round in other states.
