Sebastian and I always find ourselves gravitating back to the Italy Pavilion at EPCOT. It’s one of those places that feels familiar in the best way, and it’s relaxed, welcoming, and perfect for slowing down for a good meal. Yet, surprisingly, Via Napoli was a hidden gem for us, one nestled in the back of the pavilion that we had never visited.

Sparrow, the rooftop lounge of The Dalmar, has officially relaunched with a focus on new weekly events such as Sparrow’s marquee event, Paradise Found, on Sundays. It is designed to soak in the final hours of the weekend with soulful house music, a pop-up market, and a special menu. It all begins with a ride in a private elevator, which takes you to the Dalmar roof.  We were looking forward to this event all week; it was going to be so cool.

There are certain places that become part of your routine without ever feeling routine. For my husband Sebastian and me, Disney Springs has long been one of those places. It’s where we go when we want something reliable but still exciting, familiar but still evolving. Between busy semesters, deadlines, and travel schedules, Disney Springs has become a comfort spot for us, somewhere that feels easy and enjoyable every time we get on the road to Orlando to visit our happy place.

It’s that time of year when Christians celebrate when Jesus comes out of the cave, and we see whether we have six more weeks of winter. Nope, that’s not quite right.
