As everyone knows, the most famous symbol of LGBTQ people and LGBTQ rights everywhere is the Rainbow Flag, also known as the Pride Flag.

It's truly exciting to see the evolution of LGBTQ media in South Florida, especially compared to the competitive and often nasty landscape I experienced from 2006 to 2016.

In 2017, a man with bump stock-enhanced rifles perched himself at a Las Vegas hotel window, trained his crosshairs on thousands of concert-goers below, murdered 60 people, and permanently maimed hundreds more.

Regarding the article, “WMPD in Crisis,” there are candidates whose applications are currently pending with the city (young, physically fit, self-starters with sound judgment and advanced degrees) who want to be members of law enforcement here, to serve the community here, not somewhere else where the pay, size/support, resources are higher/better/etc. Some already live here, have roots here, etc.
