Republican Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene claimed in a post to X, that the eclipse, which traversed a large swath of the U.S. last week, showed that "God is sending America strong signs to tell us to repent," including "earthquakes and eclipses and many more things to come." Just when you think that things cannot get any stupider you get this kind of malarkey.
