Hamburger Mary’s Up For Sale

2. Hamburger Mary’s return to Wilton Manors in June 2021 got off to a rough start, and now could be coming to an end. In October, the restaurant popped up on multiple real estate sites. Owners are asking $750,000 for the business, and the buyer isn’t required to keep the Hamburger Mary’s franchise.

Rent is $16,000 per month and the lease runs through 2031. We’re told the owner always planned to sell the restaurant after a couple of years.

Real estate site Re/Max says the space is under contract. Hamburger Mary’s did not return calls for comment.
