Puddin’ Taine has been performing since she was 4 years old but Key West has only been enjoying her talents since 2020. She takes home the prize for Best Drag Performer in Key West.
“To say I’m beyond honored is an understatement,” she said.
Taine is known for dirty poetry, clam chowder and most recently her Bette Midler numbers at 801.
“They almost always receive a standing ovation,” she said.
Giving back to the community though is a big part of what she does as well.
“I almost always have a fundraiser coming up, especially for Queer Key’s, which is an organization I care so deeply about,” she said.
You can catch Taine every Friday and Saturday at 5, 9 and 11 p.m. at the 801 cabaret, as well as Bourbon St. pool parties every Saturday from 1-4 p.m.
