It’s going to be a night of wicked fun as Wilton Drive becomes the Little Drive of Horrors. As the sun begins to set on Halloween, a scary good time emerges from the shadows and Wicked Manors gets underway.

Queens ruled the night and LGBTQ youth benefitted. People packed the Crystal Ballroom Sept. 30 to support Julian’s Fountain of Youth (JFOY) and Wilton Collective for the 12th Reverse Quinceañera (RQ).
The church is a nightclub, the choir loft is the upstairs bar, and the wine is replaced by mimosas (though, if you ask nicely, the bartender will probably serve you a wine). Sunday Funday takes a spiritual twist this week in Wilton Manors.
Spikes in utility and insurance costs helped drive Wilton Manors’ budget to $52M. City commissioners voted 4-1 to approve the budget and set the millage rate at 5.836 for the fiscal year that started on Oct. 1.
Wilton Manors is making official what most everyone already knew: the city is a welcoming and safe space for the LGBTQ community.
