This started as a round-up of new places to check out, but then my hubby and I went out with our friends Jeff and Mark and accidentally picked a place that was in the middle of their opening week.
Imagine yourself at a place where you not only have a chance to enjoy delicious and locally brewed beer, but you also get a chance to explore an array of perfectly crafted cocktails and spirits.
According to its website, SaiKo-i is a Japanese restaurant, but the restaurant also offers a wide variety of Chinese and Thai dishes as well.
When we moved into our 1950s ranch house here in SoWilMa I thought the galley kitchen was cute, but after a few months, I realized that the 5’ by 8’ space with about five square feet of counter space wasn’t going to cut it. As soon as we moved in, I began to save to expand the kitchen into what had been the screened-in porch that the previous owner had made into a family room adjacent to the kitchen. We started our renovation a few months ago.
