For the fourth year in a row, readers crowned Carlos Blanco the Best Massage Therapist — and he’s feeling every bit of that love.

Blanco’s practice keeps evolving, too. He’s expanded his offerings with CBD and herbal products, organic soaps, and energy work. He’s even back in school pursuing a Doctorate at the Atlantic Institute of Oriental Medicine to bring more techniques to his clients.
His community spirit is just as strong. Blanco champions civic engagement, supports fundraisers, and consistently “shows up for those in need,” whether in the clinic or beyond it.
And then there are the tacos…
“I find it charmingly hilarious that my clients have begun showing up to their appointments with these tacos,” he said. “This accidentally started with an online humor post I made about my love for tacos, which, to my surprise, took off. Now, it always makes me laugh and instantly cheers up my day, knowing they not only booked an appointment but also took time out of their day to decide: 'Today, the therapist gets a taco.'”
