TranSOCIAL is a nonprofit organization focused on providing comprehensive care and support services to trans individuals on the broader LGBTQ community. Through their medical program, Mayfaire Medical, they offer essential healthcare services, including HIV prevention and treatment, gender-affirming care and primary care.
They aim to create a holistic support network that helps trans individuals navigate their transition, have access to necessary and basic resources in order to live their authentic lives with dignity and respect. They combine direct services, advocacy, and community building to offer a lifeline to some of the most marginalized individuals in the LGBTQ community.
OutSFL reached out to the Director of Operations, Ashley Mayfaire, to find out a little more about TranSOCIAL.
