For the third year in a row, Kristopher DeBlase takes home Best Local Artist, a recognition that truly hits home.
“It means the world to me to be recognized for something I love and my true passion in life,” he said. While not yet a full-time business, he’s available for commissions and hopes to make art his career in the coming years.
DeBlase has trained since childhood and continues pushing himself creatively. He’s committed to “making more time for creating” and letting that joy guide him forward.
“We need more joy, especially considering our current environment.”
