General Manager Brianlee Donavan Pavlicek, also known as Beatrix Dixie, couldn’t be more proud. “I have been with the Aqua family now for going on 11 years and I am so proud of the Aquaplex Family and extremely happy to be a part of such an incredible team!” she said.
After recently becoming GM, she shared how deeply committed the staff and owners are to keeping AquaPlex an entertaining, safe space for all.

AquaPlex’s reputation extends far beyond Key West.
The venue was recently named the number one gay bar on Tripadvisor, a recognition that reflects more than 20 years of creativity, consistency, and continuous evolution.
