It wasn’t a late night for candidates in Fort Lauderdale District 2. Shorty after vote totals were posted, it became clear incumbent Steve Glassman would return to his seat on the dais.
“Fourteen months ago, we kicked off our reelection campaign,” he said. “We worked very hard every day on the job and on the campaign, and today our constituents recognized that work with a resounding victory.”
District 2 has seen visible, new projects from making streets have a more neighborly feel and the development and renovations to buildings in Holiday Park.
“[I am] looking forward to representing District 2 for four more years and working each and every day to better this city and each and every neighborhood.”
