Reese (ID 699270) is just 9 months old, and he’s growing up in a kennel.
He’s a happy, playful lab mix who should be chasing toys in a yard, not waiting behind the kennel glass. Reese was just a tiny pup when he was found with his litter. This cutie was surrendered simply because he got too big. And after a month at the shelter, he’s still being overlooked. Reese is the kind of dog who lights up at the sight of a rope toy or a splash in the dog park. He loves other dogs, is good with kids, and is crate trained, friendly, and smart. He’s affectionate when he wants to be, but mostly he’s an independent little guy with so much life ahead of him. He’s not just looking for a home. He’s waiting for someone to see his spark and to choose him and never let him go.
Thanks to #9 Sam Bennett of the Florida Panthers and his Benny's Buddies program, Reese has had his adoption fee paid for, he just needs a family to love.
