Meet Cooper (ID 714889) - can he go home with you?
Cooper is a 4-year-old, 79-pound German shepherd with a gentle heart and good manners. This handsome, friendly, boy is well-trained and eager to please — he knows commands like sit, stay, and heel, and even waits patiently to take food until he hears “okay.” He’s also great at communicating his needs, giving a polite “boop” to the door when he’s ready to go outside. Fully potty trained, Cooper has the basics down and then some.
With children, Cooper is gentle, often choosing to quietly coexist or simply ignore the hustle and bustle. In his current home, he has shown just how tolerant he is — despite another dog being unfriendly toward him; Cooper remains docile and respectful. When meeting new dogs, he may bark at first but does settle down. If you have a dog at home, a meet and greet is recommended to make sure they get along. Cooper will chase cats, so a feline free home will be required. Overall, he's loyal and ready for a loving home.
