It’s June, and Pride events are in full swing.

West Palm Beach is about to spill some serious peach tea. On Saturday, June 7, the sixth annual Pride on the Block takes over The Peach for its biggest fundraiser yet.
After nearly three years on hiatus, Lambda North has restarted meetings for LGBTQ people in recovery, offering a vital space for sobriety, community and mutual support in Palm Beach County. The new weekly meeting takes place Fridays at 7 p.m. at the Crossroads Club in Delray Beach, a well-known hub for 12-step meetings in South Florida.
Five years ago, during the thick of the pandemic, H.G. Roosters caught fire and had to permanently close its legendary doors. Until now.
Rise and shine — H.G. Roosters will reopen its doors on May 19.
The third annual Queers Got Talent 2025 took place recently at the Compass Community Center. Palm Beach royalty Melissa St. John hosted the event and served the audience with her usual poise and her dynamic performance style.
Last year, cars floated away.
This year the weather was kinder. Palm Beach Pride 2025 kicked off under a cloudy sky, with a chill in the air and a persistent wind—but at least the show went on. Unlike in 2024 when the first day was canceled due a heavy downpour.
The time has almost come for rainbow colors to dress the streets of Lake Worth Beach and to see hundreds of people dancing and celebrating their worries away.
The Palm Beach Pride Pageant recently took place at The Lake Worth Playhouse in Lake Worth Beach.
