If you’re not thrilled about volleyball or kickball, Rainbow Sports Leagues has more options for you to stay active this spring.
Rainbow Sports League, an LGBTQ-friendly athletic organization, is offering spring dodgeball and pickleball.
The deadline to sign up for dodgeball is April 3, and the season starts on April 10. Registration is $70.
Dodgeball matches will be held on Thursdays from 6:30-7:30 p.m. at L.A. Lee YMCA. Teams will consist of 10 players, and you can sign up as a group or a free agent.
Pickleball registration closes on April 5, and the season starts on April 13. Matches will be held on Sundays from 8:30-11 a.m. at L.A. Lee YMCA. It costs $125 to sign up.
If you want to hold out a little longer, the league also offers summer pickleball. That season starts on May 2, with registration closing on April 23. Games will be held from 8-11:20 a.m. at Hagan Park.
No matter your niche or specialty, Rainbow Sports League has a little something for everyone.
