The Gay Polo League’s International Gay Polo Tournament will be held in Wellington, Florida on April 26. Six polo teams composed of LGBTQ players from around the world will compete.
Gay Polo League is an organization that aims to create a safe atmosphere for LGBTQ people in the polo community.
The best part? The tournament will directly benefit the Elton John AIDS Foundation. Aside from a Friday night party on April 25 intended to raise money for the nonprofit, $10 from each ticket purchase will also be donated.
The Elton John AIDS Foundation is a nonprofit established by the famous singer that’s dedicated to ending AIDS and fighting back against common stigmas around the disease.
General admission tickets to the tournament on April 26 cost $50. You can also reserve a tailgate spot, ranging from $900 to $2,700 depending on how much space you need.
Parking is $20 for standard and $30 for VIP, and you can pre-purchase it online.
