Sweet, shy Max hopes you’ll come and meet him at the Humane Society of Broward County.
Sadly, his owner is ill and can no longer care for him, so now Max needs another family to love. He is GREAT with kids, well-mannered dogs, and cats! Max doesn’t like loud noises and paces when he is nervous, so the loud sounds of the shelter are not helping him. When he goes for walks with the volunteers, he wants to go to each car door to go for a ride. This 3-year-old fellow likes meeting new people and will melt your heart if you give him a chance. He knows basic commands, needs durable squeaky toys, and will let you know when he has to go outside.
