This holiday season, Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino Hollywood invites guests to “Hard Rock the Holidays” with a light show spectacular at The Guitar Hotel featuring more than two million LED lights, dazzling displays, and unforgettable experiences from Saturday, Nov. 29, through Saturday, Jan. 3.
The event transforms 24 acres of the Guitar Hotel pool into a glowing wonderland complete with more than 20 themed areas, interactive photo moments, and a signature light and music show, synchronized to holiday classics. Guests are welcome to enjoy world-class seasonal food and drinks, festive treats, and live entertainment designed to capture the magic of the season during the immersive celebration. Festive flavors take center stage at Santa’s Snack Emporium, offering merry bites, sweet treats, and seasonal sips for every beachside reveler; freshly-popped kettle corn at Elf-Popped Delights, tropical cocktails at Santa’s Beachside Bar, hot chocolate station at Sandy Sips & Holiday Whips, Frosted Fluff & Creamery for cotton candy and gelato, Snowfall Sweets & Treats for praline nuts and shaved ice, Frosty’s Candy Cove featuring gourmet chocolates and gummies, and Santa’s S’mores Shack for an interactive treat experience. Winterfest Boat Parade Dining
If you’re not lucky enough to know someone with a view of the boat parade, and you don’t mind shelling out a few bucks, these restaurants will wine and dine you while you watch the drunk straight people sail by at the Winterfest Boat Parade on Saturday, Dec. 13. Be prepared to get there early and stay late as the bridges are all up during the parade.
Bokamper’s: pricing starts at $140 (inside the restaurant) and goes up to $260 (dockside) per person for a four-course dinner and includes a complimentary bottle of champagne per table.
G&B Dockside Restaurant: all tables are situated right on the water's edge. Ticket prices include dinner, non-alcoholic beverages, tax, and gratuity. Choice of appetizer, salad, entrée, and dessert. Parking included for $175 – $225 per person, seating begins at 6 p.m.
Kaluz: Five-course dinner starting at $175 per person, doors open at 5:30 p.m.
Blue Moon Fish Co.: $250 per person for dockside patio seating and $175 per person for inside seating for a four-course meal, and you will have the table for the entire evening. (Psst! The inside tables on the upper level have better views and are priced significantly less.)
Christmas Around The World
Arc Culinary invites guests to celebrate the holiday season at the “Christmas Around The World” chef experience dinner on Saturday, Dec. 13 at 7 p.m. at the Emeril Lagasse Foundation Innovation Kitchen in Sunrise. The four-course menu features a Spanish-inspired stuffed calamari dish with tomato and piquillo sauce; a foie gras terrine with spicy pomegranate jam, caviar, and toasted baguette slices for a taste of France; Montana-style Christmas ribeye served with roasted garlic and truffle butter, Tennessee sweet potato gratin, and Utah parmesan-roasted green bean casserole; and a decadent dessert to complete the culinary experience.
