2025's Most Eligible: Robbie Shore

How do you identify? Gay cis-male.

Age

60.

Occupation?

Community Health Worker.

Where do you live?

Wilton Manors.

What are you looking for in a partner?

I’m open to dating someone who’s confident in themselves and ready to share life’s experiences. I’m not looking for someone to “complete,” or to “complete” me, but I’d love to find a companion with whom to enjoy movies, events, dinners, workouts, shopping, trips, etc. I’m also into the idea of non-traditional relationships, where multiple important connections can coexist, so I’m not looking to make one person “everything” in my life.

Biggest turn off?

Tobacco use. And bad oral hygiene.

Biggest turn on?

A nice hairy chest on a man I can laugh with and who has no idea how sexy he is.

Hobbies?

I must admit I do not have traditional hobbies, although I collected pennies as a kid (even had steel ones from WWII). But I do go to the gym and want to get back into a regular yoga practice, which I did for years. Board games are fun too.

Any charitable/volunteer work?

I work for a local nonprofit, which sometimes feels like charity work. But I love my work and often work “off the clock” and consider that as volunteer work. I also sit on a few Broward County committees as a volunteer.

Pets/kids/neither?

Neither. I had two puppies in my adult life and had to give them up for adoption, for different reasons. I love pets but don’t have the time to commit to a dog and am slightly allergic to cats.

What’s your love language?

Physical contact from holding hands to… whatever the other extreme is.

What’s your favorite date night activity?

When not single, I’ve always enjoyed a comfy night at home curled up with someone. But I also like trying new things and sharing experiences with someone. I am an introvert, so big crowds for extended periods of time are not my favorite.

What’s your favorite self-care activity?

As an introvert, I tend to recharge alone. But my self-care also includes holistic experiences like Reiki, yoga, and sound bath.

What’s your guilty pleasure?

Prawn/shrimp chips from a local Asian market. No matter how big, one bag is one serving!

One obscure fact about yourself?

I was a licensed massage therapist for a few years. I like offering massages to close friends – it is very connecting and grounding for me to both give and receive.

What's your motto?

Trust but verify.
