A new wave of fall sports is upon us.

Pride Sports Fort Lauderdale is offering a slew of new local sporting opportunities, including pickleball and volleyball. Pride Sports is an LGBTQ-friendly athletic group that provides those in the community and allies unique sporting opportunities year-round.

Pickleball season started last Saturday, but you can register until Sept. 28. The season lasts until Dec. 13 and games are played on Saturdays.

Games are held at Sunrise Middle School from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Registration costs $79.

Pride Sports Fort Lauderdale’s volleyball season already started on Sept. 8, but there’s still time to register. Registration costs $65 and closes on Sept. 22.

Games are held at Mills Pond Park every Monday through Nov. 24. Games last from 7-9 p.m. You can sign up for two divisions: 4v4 or 6v6.

You must be at least 21 years old to participate in both leagues.
