Got the winter blues? Pride Sports Fort Lauderdale has multiple opportunities for you to get off your couch and play some ball.

Pride Sports is offering winter volleyball from Feb. 2 through April 20. Registration is already open, but sign up by Jan. 31 to pay the regular fee of $65. If you sign up after the end of the month, you’ll have to pay $75 to register. Registration closes Feb. 16. 

Matches will be held at Mills Pond Park on Mondays from 7-9 p.m. You must be at least 21 years old to sign up. 

Pride Sports is also hosting dodgeball this winter. The season started on Jan. 20, but there’s still time to register. You can sign up until Jan. 27, but you’ll pay the late registration price of $79. The season runs through March 24. 

Games take place at Holiday Park every Tuesday from 6:45-9 p.m. Players must be at least 20 years old to play. 

No matter which league you register for, Pride Sports leaves no one behind on the couch this winter.
