It’s that time of the year when summer plans pile up, but Rainbow Sports League is way ahead of the curve.
The LGBTQ-friendly organization announced its fall sports lineup, giving you enough time to plan around game days. This fall, Rainbow Sports League is offering up kickball and indoor volleyball.
Registration opens Aug. 1 for both leagues. Kickball signups close on Sept. 22, while indoor volleyball registration closes Sept. 25.
Teams of 10 will compete in the kickball league, and games will be held at Mickel Park on Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. The season starts on Sept. 19.
Indoor volleyball matches begin on Sept. 20 and will be held every Sunday from 11:10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at L.A. Lee YMCA.
Kickball registration costs $59, while indoor volleyball is priced at $69 per player.
While there’s time to think about which league to join, it never hurts to commit early and leave any potential excuses in the dust.
