Have you been looking for more opportunities to polish your softball skills but don't know where to start?
The South Florida Amateur Athletics Association (SFAAA) has been offering weekly clinics for players of all skill levels to improve or refine their abilities, and there is still time to join in.
SFAAA is an LGBTQ-friendly softball league that aims to provide a welcoming and inclusive environment for all players.
The league’s Softball Skills Clinic will be held every Tuesday at 6:30 p.m. through April 29. Sessions take place at Mills Pond Park and are led by veteran player and coach David Messina.
“Whether you're a beginner learning the basics or an experienced player looking to refine your technique, this Softball Skills Clinic is the perfect opportunity to improve in a fun, supportive environment,” SFAAA’s website reads.
The clinic focuses on hitting, fielding, base running, throwing and game strategy. During the session, you’ll participate in hands-on drills and receive personalized instruction and tips.
Don’t miss out on the opportunity to learn from an expert and up your game.
