Looking for a sweet dog who needs a family to love?
If so, stop by the Humane Society of Broward County and meet Shuggie. At just over 4 years old and 55-pounds, Shuggie was recently rescued by a good Samaritan. They witnessed a car pull over and push this beauty out of the car and then drive off. Shuggie got in the rescuer’s car and brought to the shelter. The volunteers and staff say she likes to play outside, play fetch, but only with a tennis ball. She will chase after other toys but not retrieve them like a tennis ball. She is curious, walks well on a leash and likes to meet new people. If you have a dog at home, a meet and greet is recommended. Thanks to Dolly’s Dream, they have kindly paid her adoption fee, and she gets to go home with goodies to settle into her new home.
