The Steak & Eggs Anticuchero pairs a 12-ounce New York strip with chimichurri roasted potatoes, a fried egg, and smoky huacatay sauce for a hearty, satisfying start to the day.
For those seeking comfort with a Peruvian flair, dishes like Avocado Toast — topped with subtly salty queso andino, avocado mash, and a fried egg — offer a familiar yet elevated experience. The Waffle & Chicken reimagines a brunch favorite with pumpkin-and-sweet-potato-infused waffle batter, creating a perfect pairing for crispy fried chicken.
