Walking into Delilah Miami that Sunday morning, I was immediately intrigued and impressed by how the city’s premier modern-day supper club had transformed its nighttime glamour into a sophisticated daytime celebration.
Not only is it a place that invites diners to enjoy great food, but it also vividly shows them how to spend a true Sunday Funday. It might just define it.
Known for its white-glove service and technique-driven cuisine, Delilah had rolled out the red carpet for its new weekly brunch, a dazzling affair that launched on Oct. 20.
The atmosphere was magnetic. And it is the type of place where people watching reigns. Everywhere you turn, there is someone looking stylish and not afraid to show off their sense of style.
The venue’s opulent, vintage-inspired dining room was alive with laughter, while its stunning waterfront patio offered plush seating and 180-degree views of Biscayne Bay. The view is one to take in, and it’s as soothing as it is beautiful. So, if enjoying this scenery is your wish, make sure to request an outdoor table. You won’t regret it.
This wasn’t just brunch — it was an event, designed for those who came to celebrate and be celebrated. For $85 per person, guests were treated to unlimited access to a full-service breakfast and dessert bar, including an indulgent chocolate fountain, along with one entrée from the à la carte menu featuring reimagined classics like Bread Pudding French Toast, The Breakfast Sandwich, and Delilah Chicken Tenders and Waffles. Every dish that we tried was well-prepared and filling, and the service was top-notch. The attentive servers and managers make sure you feel right at home and that you enjoy your time when you visit.
The energy in the room was palpable as beautiful people mingled over plates of expertly crafted dishes. And there was something that I truly loved, and that was their impressive Bloody Mary cart.
The cart quickly became a highlight, as bartenders crafted cocktails tableside with a house-made spiced mix and extravagant garnishes — think shrimp cocktail, Kaluga caviar, and even fresh West Coast oysters. I tried one of the bold creations, its rich, savory flavors perfectly complementing the joyful vibe around me. My husband and I could not leave without giving it a try. We opted for the spicy rim to give the drink a little kick, making it the perfect cocktail to start the day with.
Adding to the enchantment, dancers in glamorous attire sashayed gracefully through the room, weaving between tables and captivating guests with their elegance. The dynamic sounds of a live band completed the scene, filling the air with upbeat melodies that had me tapping my feet and impressed.
Delilah Miami, with Los Angeles and Las Vegas locations, has proven that it can entertain guests and lure them to visit with this new brunch. As I sipped on a refreshing Brickell Spritz, I realized that this wasn’t just a meal — it was a chance to revel in the perfect mix of elegance and fun, a place where one can come to celebrate a special occasion, or simply all of your daily wins.
