The Pride Center at Equality Park celebrates its 30th year at the center. The emergence of gay leather as a coherent subculture can be traced back to the second half of the 1940s and the 1950s in major cities of the U.S. Later, it also developed in other urban centers in most industrialized capitalist countries. Hunter's does it again. Winner, two years running, of the Your Choice Award in the category of Best LGBTQ Bar and Best Happy Hour. The Hunters legacy continues on the drive in the Shoppes of Wilton Manors, and this year they also won Best Theme - Sunday T-Dance.
