Having a burger at Rosie's is the quintessential Wilton Manors experience, even for vegetarians as all the burgers are available with an Impossible Burger (or for non-red meat eaters, sub a chicken breast).
“Burgers have always been our passion, and we love to get creative with new ideas for the menu and weekly features,” said owners Cliff Mulcahy and John Zieba.
There are plenty of choices on the “Big Girl Burger” menu from the slyly named “Plain Jane” to the “Anita Mojito” (a Cuban sandwich with a burger) to my favorites, the “Rhoda Cowboy” (topped with bacon, cheddar, and BBQ sauce) and the “Bacon Bitty Bang Bang” (with bacon-bourbon jam, brie, and roasted tomatoes).
For those who like bleu cheese there are two options, one with candied pecans and another with bacon. But their newest burger has catapulted to the top of the most popular list at the restaurant.
“The Pattie O’Smash burger is our take on a classic smash burger, with our own version of smash sauce and cooked to perfection on the flat top for that extra special smash burger taste,” the owners said.
Rosie’s is now preparing to celebrate its 21st anniversary.
“We really appreciate the continuing support from everyone, and it brings us so much joy to be such an integral part of this vibrant and amazing community,” the owners said.
