Chris Caputo, elected to the Wilton Manors City Commission in November 2020, is a proud long-time resident and tech-savvy entrepreneur with a passion for fitness. He founded Peak Fitness Wilton Manors, located at 1471 NE 26th St, Suite 120, offering transformative workouts powered by EMS (Electro Muscle Stimulation) technology.

In under two years, Peak Fitness has helped over 250 members achieve significant health and fitness transformations through efficient 20-minute workouts, just two to three times a week. EMS technology delivers the results of a 90-minute traditional gym session in a fraction of the time. Members can choose from Full Body EMS, Cardio/Endurance Workouts, Peak Peloton, Peak Yoga, and more.

Workouts are capped at six attendees, ensuring personalized attention from certified coaches. Each session begins by tailoring the Peak Power Suit’s intensity to the individual’s fitness level, providing a low-impact alternative to heavy weights. The 20-minute sessions include six to eight stations for a full-body workout, with coaches offering modifications for injuries or mobility issues.

Peak Yoga has become especially popular, praised for small class sizes, welcoming instructors, and customized poses for all levels. Monthly memberships range from $99–$299, with individual class packages available for $20–$35 each.

At Peak Fitness, cutting-edge technology meets a supportive, results-driven environment, helping members look and feel their best in minimal time.
