Meatball and CoCo are Dachshund mixes that arrived at the Humane Society of Broward County in late June.

They along with more than a dozen others were confiscated as part of a neglect situation from one of our partner shelters. Coco and Meatball are approximately 5 years old. These dogs have been through so much and have made so much progress with the caring staff and volunteers. Both dogs have congenital malformation of the eyes and have little to no vision. They will do well in a home with another well-mannered dog to keep them company, or maybe consider adopting both of them.
