If you’re attending Gay Polo League’s International Polo Tournament this weekend, you can pop in to Palm Beach County Human Rights Council’s (PBCHRC) tailgate party.
All you need to do is show a copy of your voter registration card and an invitation email from PBCHRC. To get the email, sign up for updates on the organization’s website.
The International Polo Tournament will see six teams compete for top trophies this Saturday. General admission tickets are $50, and reserving a tailgate spot can cost anywhere from $900-1,800, depending on how big of a space you want.
But if you’re looking to attend the event without breaking the bank, PBCHRC will host its tailgate party from 1-4 p.m. It will provide cocktails and light bites.
Representatives will also be present at PBCHRC’s tailgate to help residents interested in registering to vote, update their addresses and sign up for vote-by-mail through 2026.
The International Polo Tournament will be held at the Patagones Polo Club in Wellington, and matches will take place at 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. Gates will open at noon.
