I wish we lived in a world where the news was free. Where we could do our jobs without worrying about money. But alas, that is not the case – even for a business like ours that has such a community service-oriented mission.

We survive on your advertising dollars. Mainstream papers like the Sun Sentinel, Palm Beach Post and Miami Herald also have subscriptions – we don’t.

Nor do we have paywalls. Our news is free to you – but not to us.
