We surrendered to the omakase experience, allowing the chefs to guide the evening one exquisite bite at a time. From buttery toro and melt-in-your-mouth salmon to delicate scallops, eel, and beautifully prepared seasonal selections, every course showcased incredible freshness and attention to detail. The beverage program is equally impressive, featuring an outstanding collection of Japanese whiskies alongside sake pairings that beautifully complement the delicate flavors of each course. Every recommendation felt thoughtfully selected to enhance the experience rather than compete with it.
