Mark Hunter, owner of Hunter's Nightclub, is Your Choice for Best Business Owner.
Hunter has been an entrepreneur and nightclub owner for over 41 years, and during that time he has always made it a point to give back to the community. His first club, Hunters Chicago, was in Elk Grove Village, a suburb of Chicago, Illinois.
He opened a second location in Palm Springs in 1998 and, after selling Hunters Chicago in 2013, he opened the Wilton Manors location. In Palm Springs Mark has been involved with several community non-profits, earning him numerous awards including “Businessman of the Year” and Community Grand Marshall for the 2015 Palm Springs Pride Parade alongside his co-owners Jennifer Seymour and Patrick Volkert.
In Wilton Manors, Mark has worked with The Pride Center, Wilton Manors Art Walk, the American Veterans for Equal Rights (AVERS), The Smart Ride, Deliver the Dream, South Florida Gay Men’s Chorus, The Wing Foundation of American Airlines, and many others.

When you cannot find him at Hunters’ Palm Springs or Wilton Manors locations, you can see him on the ballroom dance floor. He is an accomplished champion and competitive ballroom dancer with many local, national, and international titles.
