There’s nothing like a good ol’ game of cornhole.
If you’re like me, though, you sometimes get a little too competitive with it. You bask in the highs of sliding three consecutive bags into the hole, and sulk in the lows of knowing you’re going to miss the board just as it leaves your fingertips. This may sound a bit dramatic when most of the games I’ve played are in my backyard against my 17-year-old cousin, but you get the idea.
Pride Sports Fort Lauderdale is allowing you to feed into your competitive side with its fall cornhole season.
Registration opens on July 1, and you’ll get an early bird discount until July 31. After that, regular registration will remain open until Sept. 4, for the season starting on Sept. 3. The early bird signup rate is $59, and the regular registration fee is $69 per person.
Games will be held every Wednesday from 7-9 p.m. at Rosie’s Bar and Grill. The season ends on Oct. 29. You must be 21 years old as of Sept. 18 of this year to participate.
Start stretching now and prepare for an unforgettable fall cornhole season.
