Steven Miles, the burly, bearded and tattooed porn actor, was sentenced to two years in federal prison for his role in the infamous Jan. 6, 2021 attack on the U.S. Capitol.

Announced Feb. 9 in Washington, D.C., Miles’ sentence includes a year of supervised release and a $2,000 restitution payment.

On Oct. 19, 2023, Miles pleaded guilty to a felony charge of assaulting, resisting or impeding a law enforcement officer. The 40-year-old hails from Zephyrhills, FL., and is a member of the hate group, Proud Boys.

During the attack, Miles shoved and attempted to punch a police officer as the mob pushed its way into the Capitol. Later, Miles used a wooden plank to smash a window, allowing rioters to enter the building.

In his Sgt. Miles persona, the actor typically plays a dominant top with bondage kinks. Many of his scenes have been produced by the right-wing gay porn king Michael Lucas.

Although most news outlets referred to Miles as a gay adult film actor, he has worked bisexual and straight scenes and been paired with transgender partners. Some of his credits include Anal Mom, Daughter Swap and Devils TGirls.
