Pride on the Block took place in West Palm Beach June 3 was organized by Transpire Help, a local non-profit focused on LGBTQ folks who are battling addiction.

Paul Zilber, a board member of Transpire Help, had this to say about the event.

"We couldn't have asked for a more incredible event. Amidst the recent challenges faced by our community, Pride on the Block emerged as a shining beacon of hope for everyone involved. Despite the rain, hundreds of people showed up, and the atmosphere was electric with positivity.  As a non-profit organization, one of our key objectives is to highlight the talent within the queer community, and that objective was accomplished at Pride on the Block. From the inspiring speeches delivered by Montana State Representative Zooey Zephyr and esteemed journalist Erin Reid, to the musical headliners, Ezra Michel, Ryan Cassata, along with our local queer artists, the event served as a powerful platform to showcase the mission of Transpire Help. Our mission is to spread a message of love and diversity while raising crucial funds to empower LGBTQ+ individuals through essential resources such as housing, behavioral healthcare, substance use treatment, food, and life skills training.  The overwhelming support we received underscores the urgent need for these services, and we are grateful to all who contributed to this memorable occasion."
