Live Nation presents the Queens of R&B Tour July 14 at the IThink Amphitheater located in West Palm Beach. This highly in demand concert brings acts like Mýa, 702, Total, Xscape and SWV as the headliners. Prepare to take a much-needed stroll down R&B memory lane.

The tour almost did not happen. Fans of the groups may remember when they attempted the joint tour idea during the Queens of R&B reality show that ran for just one season on Bravo TV.

Eventually, the ladies came to a conclusion. The show must go on, with or without one of the strongest lead vocalists, Latocha Scott from Xscape. Fans may also remember the teasing of this concert when the two groups went head-to-head during the popular Versus series.

These girl groups have been around for over 20 years with a slew of chart topping hits under their belt. The music is one thing, but the influence they had on urban fashion and the queer culture is undeniable. Produced by Monami Entertainment and Live Nation and represented by Seth Shomes through Day After Day Productions (DADP) the tour will kick off on June 27 in Concord, CA, at the Toyota Pavilion at Concord and continue its journey across the country. They will make thirty stops altogether.

The tours' creator Mona Scott Young shared this statement with Live Nation:

“702, Total, Mýa, SWV, and Xscape have all weathered storms and are still here and better than ever! We are so excited to bring the fans an incredible and undeniable performance experience that truly celebrates R&B music.”

Judging by early online clips, it appears that the tour will bring several surprise guests and so much more. Where else can you relive the ‘90s and witness an all-female tour? Make sure you visit for your tickets and other special accommodations.
