If you’re a dog lover and want to help a dog in need, then 11-year-old Monte is hoping you’ll adopt him from the Humane Society of Broward County.
Sadly, this 52-pound fellow lost his home when his owner died. Neighbors were feeding him and walking him, but Monte was staying in a crate in the backyard when no one was around. For a dog who was loved and used to the air-conditioning, this was not good for Monte. This cutie wants to spend his golden years lounging on the couch, going for leisurely walks and being spoiled. Monte appears to get along with other dogs and previously lived with a cat. Can you give him the wonderful life he deserves?
To meet Monte (ID A671851), or any other pet, visit www.humanebroward.com to complete the pre-adoption application and then visit the Humane Society of Broward County located at 2070 Griffin Road, Fort Lauderdale, FL.
