South Florida food lovers, philanthropists, and culture-shapers are gearing up for an evening where culinary talent meets community impact.

On Friday, Feb. 6, the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood will host the 30th edition of Ann Storck Center’s beloved Celebrity Chefs celebration, which is a long-running fundraiser that continues to spotlight ability, independence, and joy for children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

More than 450 guests are expected to step into the Grand Ballroom for restaurant tastings, craft cocktails, live entertainment, and special appearances, all in support of the Fort Lauderdale nonprofit’s mission.

For over three decades, Ann Storck Center has helped individuals build skills, confidence, and independence through 14 specialized programs, serving more than 300 people daily and offering a home to 96 residents.

A Culinary Lineup with All-Star Flair

More than 20 standout restaurants, bakeries, and beverage partners will serve bites and treats throughout the night, including Abiaka at the Hard Rock, Mimi’s Ravioli, Livia Bar & Grill, Bravo Peruvian Kitchen, CrepeMaker, and Georgia Pig.

Tito’s will shake up a signature cocktail, with Republic National Distributing Company manning an open bar, while Bravo’s Below Deck Chef Anthony Iracane brings heat to the stage with a live demo.

Live Music, Awards & Star Power

The entertainment lineup is pure headliner energy: NBC’s The Voice Season 27 winner Adam David will take the stage with his band, bringing his soulful guitar-driven sound back to his native South Florida.

Arena host Aaron “The Speaker” Shapiro will emcee alongside Rock With U Entertainment, with special appearances from Below Deck’s Captain Lee and an opening musical performance by Ann Storck Center’s own heARTS Music Therapy Department.

The evening also honors community champions, with Howard Usher receiving the Lifetime Legacy Award and Howard Adkin recognized for Community Leadership.

Impact, Giving & Rock-N-Roll Generosity

Guests can join in live and silent auctions and the annual “Bid for Kids” appeal, which is a tradition that has helped Celebrity Chefs raise nearly $5.9 million to date. Donor support directly enhances services, programs, therapies, and opportunities for the individuals Ann Storck Center proudly serves.
