Hopefully, your weekend is open because brunch at Pink Steak in West Palm Beach is a game changer! It’s the type of memorable experience that will leave you with such fond memories that you’ll be chatting about it for weeks and recommending that friends visit.

Yes, it’s that good.

With that said, my close friend and I had the most extraordinary experience during their Lobsta Disco Brunch, which launched Dec. 8, from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. The brunch is served only on Sundays and offers guests an upbeat environment with a side of yummy dishes and sips.

With Chef Julien Gremaud at the helm, every dish featured a fresh 1.5-pound Maine lobster. But the food was only part of the magic — the upbeat decor, live music, and electric atmosphere made it a brunch to remember.

From the moment we walked in, we were captivated by Pink Steak’s vibrant ambiance. The decor is an ode to tropical glam, with lush green and pink hues and flamingos galore.

At the center of it all stands an impressive gold flamingo statue that adds a touch of upscale whimsy. The upbeat vibe immediately set the tone for what would become a culinary and sensory adventure. Oh, and don’t forget to take selfies, or ask a friendly server for a picture to remember, especially in front of this gleaming gold statue.

As we were seated, we were greeted by friendly staff who handed us menus brimming with lobster-centric options. Highlights included Whole Steamed Maine Lobster with drawn butter and lemon, Lobster Linguini with mushrooms, asparagus, leeks, and tarragon, and the decadent Lobster Benedict served on brioche with spinach and hollandaise. Each dish was beautifully plated, embodying both indulgence and sophistication.

We started with a cocktail. Pink Steak’s signature and recommended martini on the menu was as gorgeous as it was yummy. With a frothy top and added hot pink flamingo on top of the cocktail, it was just the best drink to start the brunch with and left us truly impressed.

The refreshing effervescence of their great selection of champagne paired perfectly with the rich, buttery lobster flavors to come as well. We selected a glass from their menu and were excited to enjoy with our menu selections.

My friend opted for the Lobster Linguini, a creamy and aromatic dish with perfectly cooked pasta and generous lobster chunks. I couldn’t resist the Lobster Benedict, which was every bit as luxurious as it sounds. The hollandaise was silky, the brioche soft yet sturdy, and the lobster was melt-in-your-mouth tender.

As we dined, the lively beats of DJ James Simmons filled the room, adding an irresistible rhythm to the air. Dubbed “Lobsta Disco Brunch,” the event blended the elegance of fine dining with the energy of a dance party.

By the time we reached dessert, which was a decadent chocolate mousse with a hint of sea salt, we were already planning our next visit.

Every detail at Pink Steak is curated to perfection, from the artful plating to the immersive atmosphere. The golden flamingo, the plush seating, and the pops of pink and green all contribute to a setting that feels both upscale and playful. It’s the kind of place where you can dress up, dance a little, and indulge in world-class cuisine all in one afternoon.

Pink Steak’s Lobsta Disco Brunch is a must-visit for anyone who loves great food, lively music, and a chic atmosphere.

I’ll be telling everyone I know to reserve a spot. It’s the kind of brunch that transforms an ordinary Sunday into an extraordinary one. A great representation of a true Sunday Funday.

As we left, we couldn’t stop talking about our experience. It wasn’t just a meal; it was a true dining and drink-based celebration.
