Their newest concept, Eddie & Vinny’s Coastal Italian, officially opened its doors on March 17, 2025, bringing a fresh take on Italian dining while honoring the family history tied to the address.

Step inside Eddie & Vinny’s and you’ll find a space completely reimagined by designer Anna Woodman.
Mediterranean tones of deep blue and warm caramel woods meet sleek gold accents and modern black-and-white finishes. Plush seating, a vibrant bar and lounge, and even personal wine lockers set the stage for an experience that feels upscale yet welcoming.
It’s a space built for gathering, whether you’re there for a long family meal, an intimate date night, or an evening of live entertainment.
A Menu Rooted in Flavor and Tradition
Chefs Jeff Tunks and David Garcia bring their award-winning expertise to a menu that blends coastal inspiration with Italian classics.
Guests can start with Blue Crab Bruschetta topped with stracciatella, savor the indulgent Wagyu Meatball with basil ricotta, or share plates of Chargrilled Octopus and PEI Mussels Sorrento in a Limoncello cream sauce.
Pastas are the heart of the menu, from Spicy Rigatoni Vodka and Malfadine Cacio e Pepe to the show-stopping Lasagna Timballo Teramo, a layered Abruzzo-style crepe lasagna with Wagyu Bolognese. · Al Dente Fridays (11:30 AM–2:45 PM): A leisurely Italian-style lunch featuring new handheld favorites like the Chicken Milanese Sandwich, Double Wagyu Smash Burger, and a Barolo-Braised Short Rib French Dip, all served with fries. Guests can elevate the experience with a glass of wine or cocktail pairing.
