Walking into Pinstripes at the Esplanade in Aventura was like stepping into a vibrant escape where upscale dining meets pure fun.
My husband and I had heard the buzz about Restaurant Month and decided it was the perfect excuse for a date night, thanks to a friendly invite to check out this location and exceptional menu. From the moment we entered, the friendly staff made us feel like part of the family, and the lively energy of the space set the tone for a fantastic evening.
Pinstripes, an experiential dining and entertainment destination spanning 30,000 square feet over two floors, has mastered the art of blending chef-driven dining with the excitement of bowling and bocce. It’s a place where modern design and playful charm come together effortlessly. The colorful interiors and panoramic views of Aventura create a warm and inviting atmosphere, perfect for enjoying a leisurely meal or unwinding with a cocktail.
As part of the Esplanade’s inaugural Restaurant Month, Pinstripes offers a delicious three-course prix-fixe dinner menu for $60 per person. Lunch is also available at $30 per person, making it easy to indulge no matter the time of day. With such an enticing menu, my husband and I dove right in.
And when we say the meal is worth it, we mean it. The portions are big enough to share, and you will surely take some home for lunch tomorrow…or maybe even a midnight snack!
We began our meal with the Crispy Calamari, perfectly golden and paired with a house made marinara that added just the right tang. My husband opted for the Tenderloin Sliders, each bite bursting with flavor from the truffled potato strings and bordelaise sauce. Both appetizers were a testament to the chef’s dedication to crafting dishes that delight the senses.
For the main course, I chose the Pan-Roasted Salmon, served with nine-grain risotto, spinach, and a dollop of pesto Greek yogurt. It was a harmonious blend of textures and flavors that felt indulgent yet fresh. My husband went for the Filet Mignon Trio, three tender filets topped with peppercorn and Gorgonzola crusts, served alongside Brussels sprouts and truffled potato strings. It was a dish so decadent it practically demanded applause.
Dessert was the cherry on top of an already perfect meal. I couldn’t resist the Warm Brownie & Ice Cream, a rich and gooey treat that hit all the right notes. My husband opted for the New York-Style Cheesecake, creamy and smooth with just the right amount of sweetness.
And then, of course, there were the drinks. Each prix-fixe menu includes a glass of house white or red wine or a Pinstripes pilsner draft, the perfect accompaniment to the meal. I savored a crisp white wine, while my husband enjoyed the pilsner, which he declared a must-try.
What makes this event even more exciting is that it’s part of a larger initiative celebrating the incredible culinary diversity of the Esplanade at Aventura. And this gives a chance for visitors to enjoy all the new dining offerings at the establishment, which seems to truly be a best kept secret.
As I enjoyed my meal, I couldn’t help but think about how Restaurant Month at the Esplanade a dining event is more than just, it’s a celebration of Aventura’s vibrant culinary scene.
It’s the perfect chance for both locals and visitors to explore incredible flavors from top-notch restaurants, all at a price that makes it easy to indulge. As we wrapped up our evening at Pinstripes, my husband and I couldn’t help but feel grateful for this eatertainment gem that makes dining out more than just a meal — it’s an experience. Whether you’re bowling, playing bocce, or simply savoring their exceptional menu, Pinstripes has something for everyone to enjoy, and we will surely be back.
