Clarification on Oct. 31: The original version of this story appeared to conflate two separate grants. The first was an emergency Arts & Culture Fund that was launched in response to Gov. Ron DeSantis slashing the arts line item in the state budget. Our Fund raised over $150,000 for it. The second grant for $300,000 is an annual grant. These two are distinct separate from each other. This new version of the story accurately and more clearly reflects this. We apologize for any confusion.
