Tony Award-winner Matt Doyle will headline the 2nd annual Wilton Manors Holiday Spectacular on Dec. 11 at Richardson Park.
Doyle is best known for his work on Broadway stages, winning the 2022 Tony Award for Best Featured Actor in a Musical for his work in the acclaimed revival of “Company.” General admission tickets are $39; VIP tickets are available at $99, which includes free cocktails and hors d’oeuvres. Jennifer McClain's “Quirky Christmas Cabaret and Sing-Along” plays Dec. 5-6 at The Foundry, a night of signature songs, surprise guests, and shenanigans. It’s a “Glee reunion” of sorts as Darren Criss returns to The Parker Playhouse with “A Very Darren Crissmas” on Nov. 28. Then Gay Men’s Chorus of South Florida welcomes the show alum and the star of London’s “Dream Girls,” Amber Riley, to its holiday concert on Dec. 13 at Hard Rock Live. GMCSF repeats its holiday show, sans Riley on Dec. 16 at Sunshine Cathedral Center.
Broward Center presents a “Well Strung Christmas” on Dec. 8. Pentatonix's “The Most Wonderful Tour of the Year” comes to Hard Rock Live on Dec. 14 at 8 p.m. Levi Kreiss, who won a Tony Award for playing Jerry Lee Lewis in “Million Dollar Quartet,” Abdo New River Room at Broward Center is at the Abdo New River Room at Broward Center on Dec.1, followed by Symphony of the Americas’ “Holiday POPS!,” Dec. 4-5. Sarah Brightman brings “A Christmas Symphony,” to Hard Rock Live on Dec. 9.
Seraphic Fire presents its Christmas show at All Saints Episcopal Church on Dec. 10, Kravis Center on Dec. 12, and Sunshine Cathedral on Dec. 14. Il Divo has a new holiday show featuring its newest member Steven LaBrie, Dec. 22 at Hard Rock Live.
Bah Humbug Cubed
Maltz Theatre in Jupiter presents the musical revival of “A Christmas Carol,” Nov 29. through Dec. 10, with illusions designed by Skylar Fox, who did the special effects for the Broadway production of “Harry Potter And The Cursed Child.” Amaturo Theater at the Broward Center offers its version of the holiday favorite from Nov. 30 through Dec. 2.
New City Players has a new take on the Christmas classic presenting it as a radio play Dec. 2-23 at Island City Stage.

Miami City Ballet presents “The Nutcracker,” featuring the late ballet master George Balanchine’s choreography, at a variety of locations during the season: Dec. 8-10 at Broward Center, Dec. 15-24 at Arsht Center, and Dec. 29-30 at Kravis Center.
Don We Now Our Gay Apparel
“The Golden Girls Gone Wild: A Golden Xmas” plays at Empire Stage from Dec. 1-17. RuPaul Drag Race star Miz Cracker, who just happens to be Jewish, hosts “A Drag Queen Christmas” at the Fillmore in Miami, Dec 27.
Key West’s vibrant, Cuban-inspired hotel Havana Cabana is about to serve up a festive fiesta in partnership with the iconic Crown & Anchor from Provincetown. From Dec. 14-17, Havana Cabana is bringing a bit of the Crown & Anchor experience to the Keys. Sip on punchy poolside cocktails and engage in sensational sunset performances, including a holiday sing-along hosted by RuPaul Drag Race contestant Tina Burner and vibrator races. “Divas Holiday Party,” Dec. 8 at Lake Worth Playhouse, has a cast of drag queens providing comedy and lip-syncing the yuletide tunes, headed by Pepper Monroe.
Stocking Stuffers
Claudia Castillo Art Studio presents “Irradiate” by Kou Shou, Nov. 11-Dec. 8. Shou’s strikingly realistic. It’s a way off, but tickets to “Moulin Rouge” would make a wonderful stocking stuffer. The first North American tour of the musical, winner of 10 Tony Awards including Best Musical, will play in Fort Lauderdale at the Broward Center March 5-17. As in the film, the stage version celebrates over 160 years of music – from Offenbach to Lady Gaga, including many of the iconic songs from the movie, and recent hits released since the movie premiered 21 years ago.
