What would you say is the most rewarding part of your job?
Creating musical memories with the chorus and our audiences is always an indescribable feeling. It shapes who I am as a person and as their artistic director. I would also have to say that the lasting friendships and bonds I have formed through this position have been incredibly rewarding.
What would you say is the most challenging part of your job?
Trying to keep up with over 180 chorus members! Ha!
What would be a “dream come true” for your organization?
I have a dream where we have our own multipurpose building. One where we can have our staff offices, a center for youth music program, and a massive rehearsal space for our chorus.
Where would you like to see your organization in 10 years?
I would love to see us keep on the forward trajectory that we are on. I would love our organization to have grown into several sectors of GMCSF. Most importantly, I hope that our impact within our community and beyond continues to flourish.
