Stork’s Bakery isn’t as old as Wilton Manors, but it’s been a local Wilton Manors’ favorite since 1997 and part of that reason is that it’s more than a bakery. It’s a coffee shop (it was also the reader’s choice for their favorite coffee shop, edging out Java Boys), café, community center, and of course, makes the best desserts in town.
“Stork’s is a comfortable place to hang out, whether you’re grabbing breakfast or a coffee drink to start your day, meeting for a business lunch, working remotely, or craving a late-night dessert,” said Pasquale Rizzo. “Stork’s serves such a variety of food, desserts and beverages, there’s always something to please everyone. Speaking of variety, our baristas range in age from 22 to 75 years young, and always strive to give friendly, personal service.”
The baked goods are made fresh daily including Danishes, muffins, scones, cakes, pies, cookies, and bars — not to mention seasonal and holiday desserts.
“Our breakfast pastries, sandwiches and specials are very popular. We always offer a wide variety of freshly-made prepared foods, as well as desserts, including cakes, pies, cookies and pastries,” Rizzo said. “In addition, our Pastry Chef continuously generates new ideas for cupcake and specialty dessert flavors, as well as recreating favorites. And don’t forget, Stork’s also makes custom cakes!”
