In December they celebrate their 3-year anniversary.
“It’s an achievement we could not have done without our amazing customers and dedicated team,” he said.
Chef Tulio’s tacos run the gamut from traditional (spicy ground beef and bacon, chorizo, sweet pork al pastor, carne asada, carnitas, and shredded chicken) to unusual (vegan cauliflower or roasted mushrooms, and crispy grouper) to divine (chilled lobster with corn salsa, short rib birria).
Which one should you try first?
“Being a native of Southern California I was fortunate enough to see the birth of the fish taco and our Grouper Taco depicts this better than anyone and just so happens to be my personal favorite,” he said.
But they have more than just tacos.
“Super popular with our guests is the Tulio’s Nachos. Just the sight of them will make your mouth water and when it hits your palette, Fuhgeddaboudit,” he said. “You are now in for a true culinary capstone. They are unique and delicious!”
